Return & Exchange Policy

At Rudraaksha, every product is custom-made and goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. Therefore, we follow a No Return Policy.
 However, we do offer an exchange option under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange

1. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 1–2 working days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup in such cases.

  • Returns reported beyond the mentioned time frame will not be accepted.

  • The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

2. Size or Fit Issue

If the product size does not match the size chart or the custom measurements shared by you, we will gladly assist with an exchange.

Exchange Procedure

Please provide the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Exchange

  • Photos showing defects or sizing issues (include product and tag images)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
 Please ensure the item is unused and properly packed with all original tags and labels.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or dispatch error from our end.

  • If the product does not meet the exchange/return eligibility criteria (for example: used items, missing tags, or improper packaging), a ₹150 handling charge will be deducted before processing the exchange or refund.

Inspection & Approval

           Once the returned item is received, our quality team will inspect it.
 If approved, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

         If your order qualifies for a refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
