Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- High Volume Periods: During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
- Cost: Free for orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000, a flat rate of INR 50 is charged.

Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days.
- Cost: INR 150 flat rate for all orders.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- You can track your order via the link provided in the email or by visiting our Order Tracking Page.
4. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states and union territories within India.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the near future.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
- Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is an error, contact us immediately at support@rudraaksha.in. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and arrange for re-shipment at an additional shipping cost.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays, customs clearance, etc.). If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for updates.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Rudraaksha.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages
- Rudraaksha.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Retain Packaging: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photographs of the damage and include them in your claim.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- For details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. If you have any issues with your order, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Changes: If you need to make a change to your order (e.g., address change, item change), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at rudraakshacreations@gmail.com
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order might have already been processed.
